Small Business Recovery remains the key to broader U.S. and World Economic Recovery. President Obama, and Administration economic advisors, continue to  stress  the significance of Small Business renewal as a critical prerequisite to a sustainable financial recovery. Unemployment, and jobless rates will only ease when the "backbone" of the U.S. Economy, Small Business, resumes pre-recession employment and operational practices.

For home builders, residential contractors and real estate professionals still suffering from the worst recession in decades, the "shakeout" continues, as only the strongest and most savvy survive. The Economic Recovery for these professionals is likely to be drawn out, and weaker than other segments of the economy.

Fundamental changes in the U.S. economic landscape may require that they reinvent their business models to adapt to the new smaller economy. Old and outmoded methods of generating business may no longer be viable. Aggressive marketing, especially online marketing including SEO is proving vital for survival in these core sectors of the economy. Companies that cling onto obsolete advertising practices in the age of the Internet are likely to fail.
